Abstracts for African Oral History Project
I worked on a series of Long abstracts and unedited transcripts to condense nine abstracts into 250 words. This was done in relation to Dr. Martha Norkunas's African American Oral History Project, which she was trying to get submitted to the Library of Congress.
Oral History Interviews with Women of Rutherford Democratic Party
I completed four hours worth of interviews with the Rutherford County District 1 Commissioner, Mrs. Hope Oliver, who is a part of the Democratic party. By the end of the process, I had completed three rounds of interviews, transcripts, unedited, lightly edited, and fully edited, along with abstracts, context notes, and biographical notes with Dr. Norkunas. I then went to the interviewee and got her signed approval for the content to be placed in the archive.
